GTA Vital Stats

Year:	1988
Model:	Pontiac Trans Am GTA Collectors Edition "Ferrari Back" Hatch. GM built a precious few of these rare gems in 1988 with this unique factory installed hatch. The "Notchback", as GM calls it, makes the GTA look like a Ferrari from the rear. The hatch has a flat vertical window that allowed it to be tinted with one piece of film, and it looks sharp. You'll turn lots of heads with this car. The GTA originally sold for $21,000 and holds it's value much better than the Formula Firebird, or the standard Trans Am.
Color:	Metallic Burgundy. GM Calls it "Flame Red Metallic". Great Condition.
Engine:	Powerful Tune Port Injection, V8, 5.0L, 305. GM Does not allow 5.7L Engine with T-Tops, as torque would warp the chassis. Great pickup.
Tires:	Four New 245/50VR16 tires, Beautiful Gold Honeycomb Rims.
Standard Equipment:	Automatic, PWR Windows, Power Doors, Power Mirrors, A/C, Radio Controls On the Steering Wheel, cruise control, tilt, Rear hatchback automatic motorized mechanism.
Options:	This GTA has these options which are not standard on other GTA's: T-Tops, Digital Dash, Hydraulic Articulating Front Seats, Notchback "Ferrari Back" Hatch, Excellent Commercial Grade Dark Gray Smoke Window Tint.
Security Features:	1) VAT (Vehicle Anti Theft) Ignition key system. Computer senses pellet in key, prevents car starting for 5 min. if it detects incorrect key. 2) State of the art alarm system locks the doors and rolls up windows. Battery backup, and an ultrasonic emitter/sensor on the dash detects movement inside the car. Way cool system. Never false triggers. 3) Keyed lug nuts can't be loosened without special keyed socket.
